Cancellation Policy
- Once a service request is initiated, cancellations are typically not entertained unless justified.
- If you request us to pause service, we will hold your payment for up to 1 year.
- If a refund is requested mid-process, we may:
- Attempt to complete the service first.
- Deduct a 20% cancellation fee + earned fees + non-refundable third-party or government charges.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued only when we are unable to deliver services from our end after internal investigation.

- Deductions apply to all refunds including admin charges, resource fees, and payment gateway costs.
- No refund will be issued for:
